This is a great question that I'm surprised you havent received an answer yet! The rates I have seen depend on the type of consulting. For example, if you are consulting with patients and providing clinical recommendations or with business to assist with product development or their patient consultation process. 

Your experience will also play a role in how much you can charge. The gold standard is a prevailing wage similar to what pharmacists are making in retail (~$50 an hour average) but of course with greater experience you can charge more (i've seen up to $250 an hour for example). Also, considering when charging patients is typically a cash charge; most clinicians offer a sliding scale depending on the time required. There can also be a variation in fees if this is a first time vs follow up appointment for example.
